Can I return or exchange an order?We only accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for orders within the European Union (conditions may apply). Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and must send the item to the address provided by us. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?If you have received a defective item or the wrong item in your delivery, we will assist you in resolving this as quickly as possible.
