Yes, we offer international shipping.
All orders are shipped from France.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.
Unfortunately, we can't change the shipping address once the order is placed. Please double-check your information before confirming your purchase.
You can enter voucher codes in the order checkout.
All payments and credits are processed in the currency underlying the purchase. We accept the following payment methods:

We only accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for orders within the European Union (conditions may apply). Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and must send the item to the address provided by us. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. If you have received a defective item or the wrong item in your delivery, we will assist you in resolving this as quickly as possible. Please contact hello@rdvstudios.xyz. Send us photos and a description of the defect.
