RETURNS & EXCHANGES 
We only accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for orders within the European Union. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and must send the item to the address provided by us. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. See instructions for initiating a return at the bottom of this page.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted items.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually fulfilled in 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 14 days for any potential delays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Please note that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier, the customer is responsible for any issues regarding it such as delivery, delays, customs, etc.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a faulty item, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. We will assess the issue and, if the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on availability.
Please note that minor imperfections, variations in color, or natural wear due to the materials used may not qualify as defects. Additionally, we cannot accommodate returns for items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.
